We work with international fulfillment partners and trusted local carriers to ensure smooth, trackable delivery for all orders. Our logistics network is optimized to ship from the nearest available fulfillment center based on product availability and your location.

We currently offer free shipping with no additional delivery charges to the following countries:

  • Canada

  • Australia

We do not currently ship to destinations outside this list.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Times & Local Delivery Partners

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. The estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping.

France

  • Carriers: La Poste, Chronopost, or DPD

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days (1–2 days processing + 3–6 days shipping)

Belgium

  • Carriers: bpost or DPD Belgium

  • Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days (1–2 days processing + 3–6 days shipping)

Luxembourg

Estimated delivery times are in business days and include both processing and shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly due to local holidays, rural delivery zones, or customs processing. Delivery times may be extended for rural or remote areas. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages if items are shipped from different warehouses.

 


 

Delivery Guarantee

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on local conditions and carrier performance. All orders are expected to arrive within 30 days of purchase. If your order has not been delivered within this time, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund, in accordance with local consumer protection laws. 

 


 

Tracking Information

Every order includes full tracking. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

If you haven’t received your tracking number or need help locating your shipment, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@smarticott.com or visit the Track My Order page on our website.

 


 

Customs, VAT & Import Duties

We cover all VAT, import duties, and customs charges before delivery. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon arrival.

In rare cases, additional costs may arise due to:

  • Customs delays or clearance errors

  • Orders exceeding local import value thresholds

  • Sudden changes in tax or import regulations

If this occurs, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing an order. If an order is returned or lost due to incorrect address details, we cannot offer refunds or reshipment.

 


 

Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of shipment, please contact us at hello@smarticott.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Please note:

  • If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, or is delayed beyond estimates, we may require documentation from the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms a loss or delivery error, we’ll assist in resolving the issue or providing a suitable solution.

  • We do not automatically reship or refund unless the carrier verifies that the item was lost or misdelivered.
